This substance is an effective coloring agent for the accumulation of pigments in egg yolks and broiler chickens with bioavailability and high pigment performance. Accumulation and storage of pigment occurs naturally in egg yolk, broiler skin and adipose tissue. Since poultry cannot synthesize this pigment, it must be obtained through food to be deposited in their skin and fat.
