Xylanase enzyme

Description

This enzyme is a product of VTR, a company that began its operations in 1991 and has become one of the largest specialized producers of biotechnology enzymes in China, with five production facilities across the country. Xylan is one of the most significant antinutritional factors in raw feed materials. One of the main objectives of using xylanase in the feed industry is to eliminate the antinutritional effect of xylan. The xylanase enzyme can break down xylan into oligosaccharides and xylose instead of completely degrading it into monosaccharides.
