Description
Enypro B is an effective lipase product for livestock and poultry. This product has been developed by VTR company using modern biological engineering technology and selected microorganisms through advanced microorganism fermentation techniques, final product preparations and laboratory modeling, based on digestive physiological characteristics and fat characteristics in common feed. Lipase or “triacylglycerol hydrolase” is one of the important enzymes of the digestive system. This enzyme breaks down all the fats in the feed (either from the source of the raw materials or the oil added to the feed) into free fatty acids, glycerol and monoglyceride and is ready for absorption from the intestinal cell wall. In addition to the fat hydrolysis reaction, this additive also helps the reactions of ester creation and fat synthesis. This product is powder, mini granule and granule and is also resistant to changes in acidity (pH) of the digestive system and maintains its activity throughout the digestive tract.
The necessity of using lipase in feed
- Fat, with an energy content of 2.25 times compared to carbohydrates, is one of the most important nutrients in animal and poultry feed.
- Due to the secretion of insufficient amounts of lipase in the digestive system of young animals and poultry, they are not able to digest and use fat effectively without using lipase supplements.
- When feeding diets containing high levels of fat in livestock and poultry, the lipase secreted from the digestive system is not enough, and a lipase additive will be needed to improve fat digestion.
- By using lipase enzyme, it is possible to reduce the level of fat consumption in the diet by improving the digestion of fat in the digestive system
- Among the negative effects of high consumption of oil in food rations, we can mention digestive problems (including diarrhea) and physical limitations (including lumpiness during mixing), which can be avoided by using lipase and improving the efficiency of fat consumption. The top of the oil during the production of cassette feed.
- Due to the expensiveness of fat, the use of lipase effectively reduces the cost of feed.
Adding 200 to 300 grams of this enzyme to each ton of feed, depending on the composition of the diet, can help provide 40 to 70 kilocalories of metabolizable energy and reduce the amount of added oil.
Storage and shelf life: should be stored at room temperature. Expiration date: 12 months after the production of the recommended dosage: depending on the composition of the rations, adding 200-300 grams of lipase to each ton of feed in the rations can lead to the supply of 40-70 kilocalories of metabolizable energy and the same proportion of Dietary oil can be reduced. Precautions: Since the dosage of the product is small, please prepare a pre-mix to add it to the complete feed. After use, close the package tightly and keep it away from moisture.
