Lipase enzyme

Description

This product, developed by VTR, utilizes advanced biological engineering technology and selective microorganisms through cutting-edge techniques of microbial fermentation, final product preparation, and laboratory modeling. It is specifically designed based on the digestive physiological characteristics and fat properties in common feed.

Lipase, also known as “Triacylglycerol Hydrolase,” is one of the vital digestive enzymes. This enzyme hydrolyzes all fats in the feed (from both raw materials and added oils) into free fatty acids, glycerol, and monoglycerides, making them ready for absorption through the intestinal wall. In addition to fat hydrolysis, this additive also assists in esterification and fat synthesis reactions.

Product Features

Available in powder, mini-granule, and granule forms.

Resistant to pH changes in the gastrointestinal tract, maintaining activity throughout the digestive system.

Due to its molecular structure, it has high digestibility for a wide range of fats (both animal and plant-based).

EnyPro B demonstrates excellent hydrolysis capability for animal fats, including mixed oils, fish oil, chicken fat, etc.

Importance of Lipase in Feed

Fat, with 2.25 times the energy content of carbohydrates, is one of the most critical nutrients in livestock and poultry feed.

Due to the insufficient secretion of lipase in the digestive systems of young livestock and poultry, they cannot efficiently digest and utilize fats without a lipase supplement.

When feeding high-fat diets to livestock and poultry, the lipase secreted by the digestive system may be inadequate, requiring additional lipase additives to improve fat digestion.

Using lipase can reduce the fat levels in feed by enhancing fat digestion in the gastrointestinal tract.
