Heat resistance test of VTR phytase

An experiment to estimate the stability of 3 sources of phytase against heat and the effect of heat on their activity after pelleting at different temperatures was conducted by North Carolina State University in the United States. According to the result of this test, Microtech 10000 phytase can work well when pelleting at 75 degrees and even 85 degrees Celsius and is an excellent phytase supplement. According to the results recorded in the experiment, Mikrotek 10000 phytase has the least sensitivity to heat compared to the other two sources of phytase.
